starttls (0.10-3) unstable; urgency=low

  * removed basename from around argv[0] in help message (closes: #348228)
    - it is not common (ls and bc doesn't do this anyway)
    - it caused segfault on some arch without an extra include
  * corrected FSF's snail mail address
