* kuliev.zip makarem.zip shakir.zip Quran translations were removed because
of license issues.
* res/config/config.properties was patched to change the default Quran
translation.
* to use suitable fonts for Ubuntu the following files were patched:
res/ui/theme/sample/theme.properties,
res/ui/theme/sky/theme.properties,
res/ui/theme/sky-vertical/theme.properties
* instead of the precompiled jar files in the upstream package the following
libraries from Ubuntu repositories are used:
velocity, liblog4j1.2-java, libswt3.2-gtk-java, libswt3.2-gtk-jni,
libcommons-lang-java, libcommons-logging-java, libcommons-collections3-java
libcommons-configuration-java, libcommons-io-java
* linux-run.sh, build.xml were patched to use the new jar libraries.
