ffmpeg (7:3.3.3-1ubuntu1) artful; urgency=medium

  * debian/rules: disable NEON on armhf, which is not guaranteed to be
    supported on this architecture.  This also works around the problem that
    the NEON code does unaligned access, which is a problem on some armhf
    targets even where NEON is supported.
