* QA upload.

* debian/rules:
- Removed the useless override_dh_auto_build.
- Removed the useless override_dh_auto_install.
- Removed the useless override_dh_auto_clean.
- Removed some trash and useless lines.
* debian/upstream/signin-key.asc: created to store the upstream's GPG
signature.
* debian/vdesk.1x:
- Fixed the section ".TH header" in this manpage to match with the section
in the filename.
- Moved to /debian/manpage.
- Renamed to vdesk.1.
* debian/watch: included pgpsigurlmangle option to verify the upstream tarball
using cryptographic signature.
