Bug Description
On Dapper Drake (all latest updates installed) in combination with cups/gutenprint and my Epson Stylus photo R200 printer connected to an IPP capable printer server, print jobs aren't finished/removed from the queue after the print job is done.
After each restart the print job is re-issued again. The only way to work around this is to cancel and remove the job from the queue manually after the print job is done.
Also each new print job is put on hold until the current running job is canceled. Then the new job is started and also stays in the queue after the job is done. Only to be canceled after printing.
Please, someone fix this or point me to a more appropriate workaround/fix.

This is most likely a cupsys issue, not a gutenprint bug. Gutenprint plays no part in managing the CUPS print queue.
To get more information, set LogLevel to debug in /etc/cups/

One bug report is enough, closing as a duplicate of bug #66319.

Will this ever be fixed? I wish it would. Pressing "cancel" to be able to continue printing other jobs is getting a bit annoying.
