Change logs for xubuntu-default-settings source package in Groovy

  • xubuntu-default-settings (20.04.4) focal; urgency=medium

  * debian/xubuntu-default-settings.install: be more explicit on what to
    install, as otherwise we're picking up the recently added
    ubuntu_installed.png on both the default and live packages.
  * debian/rules: add dh_missing --fail-missing to catch potential files that
    we forgot to install.
