subarchitectures; drop iop32x, ixp4xx, kirkwood, orion5x, and ads.

- Remove multiarch (amd64-on-i386) syslinux configuration files.
- Don't install separate desktop syslinux configuration files; we don't
use them in Ubuntu.
- Remove dtmenu.cfg from default menu.cfg; it isn't used in Ubuntu and
it confuses gfxboot-theme-ubuntu.
- Drop dns323-firmware-tools build-dependency on armel; this is only for
orion5x, which we don't build.
- Add GRUB EFI configuration on amd64, and make mini.iso images there
multi-catalog.
- Document raidid= syntax in partman-auto-raid/recipe.
