Automatically create snapshot on apt operations

 This will create a btrfs snapshot of the root filesystem each time
 that apt installs/removes/upgrades a software package.
 .
 A commandline tool called "apt-btrfs-snapshot" is also provided
 for easy access create/list/delete snapshots.
