Install a Debian system

 crosshurd uses apt and a bit of black magic to setup a functional
 Debian system. It supports the following target systems:
  - linux-gnu (GNU/Linux)
  - gnu (GNU/Hurd)
  - kfreebsd-gnu (GNU/kFreeBSD)
