  * Non-maintainer upload.
  * Fix "Missing build dependancies for documentation building." and "replace
    doxygen and texlive-* build dependencies with doxygen-latex": add build
    dependency on doxygen-latex, drop doxygen and texlive-* (except
    texlive-fonts-recommended).
