  * mythtv-common breaks/replaces on mythvideo.
  * Fix rsyslog logging permissions.

  * Drop special mythtv-frontend and mythwelcome logging functionality
    in favor of local7 rsyslog support.
  * Log mythtv-setup using local7 too.
  * Don't include cache and tv_icons directories for mythweb.  They'll be
    symlinked to /var/cache for postinst.
