python-gpgme binary package in Ubuntu Xenial ppc64el

 PyGPGME is a Python module that lets you sign, verify, encrypt
 and decrypt messages using the OpenPGP format.
 It is built on top of the GNU Privacy Guard and the
 GPGME library.
