* Make cache default to 100MB instead of 500MB.
* Add help about reporting bugs and better scrobbling text.
* Avoid bug in parsing server's song info for "path", and fall back to a sane version. (LP: #652542)
* Prefer external storage location for application installation. We're bound to the music cache anyway.
* Fix an integer overflow in calculating the disk space available for cache. (LP: #657023)
