Written for Unihandecode by Hiroshi Miura on 2011-08-18
The 0.3x release now does not depend on kakasi library. Unihandecode now have its own dictionary matching routing instead of using external library. It is also supported(
(release itself is in 19-Feb-2011, but because of huge disaster in Japan in 311, and worked hard for relief activity, news is delayed, sorry)
