Unity GLES port 2011.06
The Unity desktop shell on Ubuntu is implemented as a plugin to the compiz window manager that relies on the nux toolkit for its rendering. In order for the full 3D Unity experience to be available on ARM platforms, each of these components must first be ported to support OpenGL ES in addition to the existing desktop OpenGL support, as that is the more natural API standard on those platforms. This project is to track that effort.
