Revision #94 is hereby version 0.2.

New features:

- Rendering and other heavy calculations are in a background thread, giving us optimal GUI responsiveness
- Page index in toolbar, and page-forward/page-back actions
- Smart memory management: caching of pages only up to a memory limit, and freeing of existing pages based on priorities
- Lots of bugfixes
