Vellum 0.7: Building Happy Pythonistas

Just put out my latest bit of code for Vellum version 0.7. You should be able to use Vellum to do actual builds, but it might not be compatible with older versions. The changes to the data format are minimal though, so migration should be easy. Enjoy the code, try the Python build format, let me know what you think.
