New release of VirGO

VirGO 1.4.4 was released on sept 9 2009. This release features the newly created VirGO User Guide, a new configuration panel for activating non ESO SIA/SSA in 1 click. The now deprecated PLASTIC standard was replaced by SAMP to allow better interaction with other VO Tools. Finally many bugs have been fixed, the GUI style polished and performances have been improved with respect to previous releases.
