Binary packaging for the Vascular Modeling Toolkit open source project.

The goal is to add support for binary packaging of vmtk for the following OS's:

1. Mac OS X Leopard 32 bit, Snow Leopard, 32 and 64 bit
2. Linux Ubuntu, Debian, 32 and 64 bit
3. Windows XP 32 bit, Vista, 7, 32 and 64 bit
