Fourth release of watercolor2rgba

The fourth release of watercolor2rgba in less than a week brings an improved histogram algorithm for automatically determining the transparency of the paper and getopt support for command-line switch processing. If there are no reports about new bugs in the program the current code will be released as v1.0 later.
