Default settings for the Xubuntu desktop (themes, panel and menu layout, etc)

This package is a dependency of xubuntu-desktop and installs our custom settings
and artwork for Xfce and other Xubuntu apps.

Development for xubuntu-default-settings has moved to GitHub:

Translations for xubuntu-default-settings have moved to Transifex:
