Known Problems

* The index server database schema for the 0.1 series is incompatible with the
  new database schema.  In order to upgrade, you must do an export with the 0.1
  script and then an import with the new 0.2 script.  Blob servers will
  continue to work as normal!
* The port numbers have changed to unique defaults.  The default WebDAV port is
  now 47800, the default RPC-API port is now 47074, and the default blob server
  port is now 47100.
