small patch at final reader start

By me now on ubuntu 12.04 dual core pc 3.333 a call this a mediam speed pc
    all ok with card detection
On fast pc 6 cores 3.333 12 threads
    all ok
On dm8000 it only work's ok whitout card detection detections on none. (just like the smargo protocol same prob over here.

For slow devices I will need read call back to redesigned completely the current card detection procedure is only ok on medium to fast 64 bits pc's not on slower and 32 bits devices.

For v1 we just fall back to old callback procedure still ok

For old V1 no changes. For new Triple ok now on ubuntu 12.04
The V2 still a question mark ? need reports

List smargo adapted does not display the first TripleP1 as an SRv2 as well
