I reset cs_mutex_lock static , but only use it when setting line parameters
and for card detect on triple. V2 should now be ok ass well. but for card detect on v2 I do not know.

Write init lock initiated by async.c
Since the writelock is now reader based and not module based, cs writelock during card init done out off ifd_async.c. Write unlocked after full card init done .
cd on triple only ok for one card still a problem which i could not solve yet.
