As I still did not received from argolis answer on possible speeds by v2 and Triple. I experimented that the Triple and I gues the v2 does support much more speeds. Removed the speed table for Triple an V2 by mhz setting. This allows user to expirement more speeds inclusif 368. this speed works for my cards while on v1 it does not. Cardmhz table currently kept a seems fine for atr detection.

Changed baud rate settings
The baud rate setting only needed at reader setup and card init. After this the used baudrate is determined by mhz used. So just set the ftdi to max avbl speeds which is 3000000 for this device. Since the line break issue is done setting the correct actual used baud is not important anymore.

This should solve the irdeto on v2
The general problem between v1 and v2 seemed just the line break. For v2 and triple no break may be used for v1 break must be used. With this the v2 should work as good as the v1. All cards who works on v1 should also do on v2
