   * Added 01_bicon.in.diff patch to:
     1. Remove bashism.
     2. Use consolechars if setfont is not found.
     3. Use setupcon -f to restore console font.
     4. Removed loadkeys calls, as setupcon does a nice job already.
   * Added 02_manpage.diff patch to fix a manpage error in bicon.1
   * Added 03_Makefile.diff to remove keymap from SUBDIRS.
   * Added font-bdf.diff patch to change font to match with console-setup's
     VGA16 fonts.
