I love technology. I have established myself as a technology thought-leader by building tech companies, pushing the envelope and sharing with others what I've learned along the way. I find a lot of joy in helping the people I work with to implement processes and practices that produce high yield results in technology projects. This allows the teams I work with to more easily meet their development goals which energizes the company to accomplish more.
Recently I worked as part of the Nullsoft team (makers of Winamp and SHOUTcast among other great products). There I implemented my brand of Agile software development methodology into their practice and the result was an increase in team effectiveness of around 35 percent. I was also the driving force behind the Winamp for Android initiative; a product which has gained more then 6 million users since its launch in late 2010.
