Typhoon is no longer working due to change in Yahoo Weather PPA.

It was resurrected in Cumulus (https://launchpad.net/~cumulus-team/+archive/ubuntu/cumulus), but that has been discontinued as well.

Typhoon is a stylish weather app derived from Stormcloud 1.1. It is and always will be free.
