Bleh. Cleanup a lot of stuff. After weeks of sitting on my comp being a total mess and not working at all, it finally works.

Except for three functions.

Also, move things around, add a brute-force distfile cleaner

- Use `echo` instead of `ls` after bash file-completion. This is somewhat faster.

- Fix quoting in a number of places
- category is now optional in find_ebuilds()
- split_package_atom() now returns "-" if there is no category
- split_package_atom() now dies on all unversioned atoms with relational operators
