My personal Seamonkey stable releases dedicated ppa. Source directly from ftp://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/seamonkey/releases/
or a nice mirror like
http://mirror2.hs-esslingen.de/ftp.mozilla.org/seamonkey/releases/
Initially took Joey Lesko's (https://launchpad.net/~joe-nationnet) seamonkey package and replaced source.
