Hi! I'm Ben - though normally I go by the name BroWren on line (it's an old IRC handle that stuck). I've written code for Linux systems since my college days and have done desktop applications, websites, kernel development, pretty much everything. I know C, C++, Java, bash, a little Python, COBOL, Fortran... and clearly spend way too much time on the computer.

I work for Canonical now, primarily on our kernel Live Patching service, as well as fixing CVEs and occasionally building release kernels.
