PPA description
This PPA stages through a circular dependency with php-parser and php-codecoverage, that holds up transition of phpunit and php8.1.
The steps are:
0) For PPA, enable -proposed and all architectures.
1) Merge php-parser 4.13.1-1ubuntu1, and build it against php-codecoverage 9.2.5 from jammy-release. Verify the package builds against php8.1 and does not pull in 8.0.
2) Build php-codecoverage 9.2.7 with the new php-parser
3) Build php-codecoverage 9.2.8 against php-codecoverage 9.2.7
(In the archive, we failed only on arm64, so this is the architecture to watch most closely.)
