  * Merge from 2.5.1-0ubuntu2:
   + Revert use of --no-tty when using gpg to sign commits. LP: #1014570
  * For oneiric and earlier, don't insist on zlib >= 1.2.6, nor patch the
    testsuite accordingly.
  * For natty and earlier, don't build-depend on python-meliae-dbg, which is
    not present.
  * For maverick and earlier, bzr's internal copy of configobj is retained,
    and the separate python-configobj package is not used.
  * For maverick and earlier, do not build for the Python debug interpreter,
    due to lack of debhelper support and debug flavours of dependency
    packages. Consequently reduce debhelper requirement.
