* d/rules: disabled LTO to fix build (LP: #XXXXXX)
The toolchain compiled by the build process will fail due to the
absence of LLVMgold.so. Disabling LTO fixes the build. Root cause
requires further investigation.
* d/p/don-t-use-own-implementation-of-strlcat-and-strlcpy-.patch:
Disable package's own implementations of strlcat and strlcpy. They are now
present in glibc >= 2.38 and is causing the build to fail due to symbol
name colision.
