Well I'm a recent Gentoo convert, I migrated over after installing Ubuntu on a machine that I donated to my brother. I was impressed with how easy the install and post-install was and quickly decided that I was going to concentrate my geeky efforts on pushing Ubuntu forward.

So now here I am, I am hoping to get my feet wet with some tinkering on my own system and sifting through documentation. After that I plan on doing some packaging work and then moving onto programming somethings to make the user experience a bit smoother (especially in the networking department).

Presently I'm living in Pittsburgh, PA with my wife, who I got to know through installing Fedora Core 2 on her computer. Isn't that just geeky? She is also presently getting involved with Ubuntu. So if our kids grow up to destroy the world, I blame it all on Linus for making Linux.
