The Edubuntu development team publishes updates that, for whatever reason, do not meet Ubuntu's Stable Release Updates policy but are still valuable to Edubuntu users.

This archive is not officially supported but you may report problems you believe are specific to the packages in the archive to the edubuntu-devel mailing list.

Adding this PPA to your system

You can update your system with unsupported packages from this untrusted PPA by adding ppa:edubuntu-dev/edubuntu-updates to your system's Software Sources. (Read about installing) 

sudo add-apt-repository ppa:edubuntu-dev/edubuntu-updates
sudo apt update
