ostree (2020.8-flatpak2~20.04) focal; urgency=medium

  * Merge Debian 11.3 stable update into Ubuntu 20.04 backport
  * Minimize PPA changes
    - Return to debhelper compat level 12, which is available in focal
    - d/.gitignore: Reinstate
  * Remaining changes, relative to Debian 11:
    - d/gbp.conf: Switch branch to ppa/focal
    - d/control: Swap order of alternatives for bsdextrautils.
      Ubuntu 20.04 had bsdmainutils 11.x, without the bsdextrautils split.
