Backport of v4l2loopback that includes fixes for the Virtual Camera only starting once in OBS Studio:

For Ubuntu users, I've made this PPA containing builds of `v4l2loopback` for 20.04 (Focal), 21.10 (Impish), 22.04 (Jammy), 22.10 (Kinetic) that includes backports of the following patches:

The patches above fix the ability to start/stop the Virtual Camera in OBS Studio many times. It "works for me" ™
Adding this PPA to your system
You can update your system with unsupported packages from this untrusted PPA by adding ppa:flexiondotorg/v4l2loopback to your system's Software Sources. (Read about installing)
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:flexiondotorg/v4l2loopback
sudo apt update
