  * This is a d3d command stream multithreading interim build.
    The sources are from official wine and wine-staging git repositories.

    CSMT can be activated by making sure StrictDrawOrdering is not enabled
    in the wine registry, and adding this string value to the registry:

    HKCU/Software/Wine/Direct3D/CSMT = "enabled"

    Guild Wars 2 performace will probably be best when run with the
    WINEDEBUG=-all environment variable set, and the -dx9single switch
    included on the Gw2.exe command line.

  * New upstream release 1.7.51
    - XAudio2 implementation using OpenAL Soft.
    - Support for the new Universal C Runtime DLL.
    - Dropdown menu support in the standard Open Dialog.
    - Grayscale rendering mode in DirectWrite.
    - Various bug fixes.
  * Apply patches from ubuntu-wine 1.7.50.  (1.7.51 is not yet published.)

  * Add CSMT patch series from wine-staging.
