Define the network policies that apply to each node for AuthPuppy

A plugin already allows to define network usage policies. But all these policies may not apply for every node. We should be able to define policies that apply by default and overwrite this setting for each node

Content for portal pages should be delivered by a third-party CMS for AuthPuppy

AuthPuppy doesn't have the purpose to deliver rich portal pages, but some widely available CMSs do. AuthPuppy thus needs a way to redirect login and/or portal pages to an external site.

easy plugin architecture for AuthPuppy

Functionnalities will mostly come through plugins so it must be easy to develop, install, activate, configure, access the plugins.
