yaVDR's experimental XBMC packages with PVR support (VDR, etc.)
PPA description
This PPA contains experimental and often untested XBMC builds based on the XBMC-SVN branch pvr-testing2 [1]. These XBMC builds have PVR support enabled, for example for VDR [2]. You can get regular status updates regarding this PPA if you follow me on Twitter [3].
You can add these packages to your Ubuntu installation. Or you may want to give yaVDR a try instead. yaVDR is our Ubuntu-based VDR distribution [4]. yaVDR makes it very easy to get a Linux based HTPC with VDPAU+VDR up and running (for example on ION boxes) and includes the XBMC packages below. yaVDR also includes the new vdr-plugin-vnsiserver that improves speed and stability when connecting XBMC to VDR.

Adding this PPA to your system
You can update your system with unsupported packages from this untrusted PPA by adding ppa:henningpingel/xbmc to your system's Software Sources. (Read about installing)
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:henningpingel/xbmc
sudo apt-get update
