Command line audio
PPA description
This PPA contains a set of command line JACK / ALSA MIDI applications:
ttymidi - a bridge between serial MIDI devices and ALSA MIDI
oscmidi - ALSA MIDI client using OSC messages to communicate with other
aj-snapshot - store/restore connections between JACK and/or ALSA MIDI clients
Other applications in this PPA should be considered as highly experimental use at your own risk proofs of concepts. These are:
humma - sampler program based on FluidSynth with more complex MIDI routing features
midikill - switch down your computer through ALSA MIDI
clamlooper - one day this will be an awesome ALSA MIDI looper
Adding this PPA to your system
You can update your system with unsupported packages from this untrusted PPA by adding ppa:jari-tasankokaiku/ppa to your system's Software Sources. (Read about installing)
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:jari-tasankokaiku/ppa
sudo apt update
