Plugin System for Ehcp for Easy Hosting Control Panel for Ubuntu

thrid party programmers should be able to add new functionality to ehcp, without knowing much internal parts of ehcp. To do this, we need something like a plugin system. ehcp should rad the contents of plugin directory, activate them upon operations. something do_hook, should be done at start-end of many operations.
