[OLD; applicable to obsolete version of unixcw]

Fixes for package 'unixcw' by Kamal Mostafa (KA6MAL).

Includes fixes for:

  - LP: #511676 unixcw sends incorrect characters
  - LP: #511677 at speeds higher than the default, unixcw just sends long tones
  - LP: #513576 unixcw leaves audio device volume muted on exit
