    - d/patches: Remove libgit2 system patches
    - Use bundled LLVM 16
    - d/p/ubuntu-backport-disable-newer-tests.patch: disable tests that
      can't pass on older series
    - d/p/ubuntu-bionic-disable-cc-tests.patch: disable pointer-auth tests
    - d/p/ubuntu-fix-libunwind-mtag-insn.patch: fix mtag extension not
      compilable in aarch64 by using a workaround
    - d/p/ubuntu-fix-vendored-libunwind-build.patch: add a patch to fix
      vendored libunwind build
    - Downgrade debhelper requirements and adapt the build files to
      older debhelper standards
    - d/config.toml.in: use bundled LLVM libunwind to fix segmentation fault
      occurred during the panic initialization phase
  * d/rules: disable the usage of out-of-line LSE assembly helper on aarch64
    due to GCC runtime in Bionic is not new enough to contain the necessary
    symbols
