MakeHuman 1.0.x

PPA description

Official stable releases of the 1.0.x series of MakeHuman. To enable, run:

sudo add-apt-repository ppa:makehuman-official/makehuman-10x

To get a functional installation of MakeHuman, enable this PPA and do a "sudo apt-get install makehuman".

This PPA also contains optional packages. The "makehuman-blendertools" package installs blender integration. The "makehuman-targets-dev", "makehuman-clothes-dev", "makehuman-hair-dev" and "makehuman-bodyparts-dev" contain raw targets and obj files for targets, clothes, hair and body parts respectively. Most people do not need the "*-dev " packages, but if you plan to develop new targets, the "makehuman-targets-dev" might make sense.

Adding this PPA to your system

You can update your system with unsupported packages from this untrusted PPA by adding ppa:makehuman-official/makehuman-10x to your system's Software Sources. (Read about installing)

sudo apt update
