LTS Backports

PPA description

WARNING: I am NOT an experienced packager and still learning.
Try a own risk, if encounter problems, tell me maybe I can fix them.

Importing some packages needed at my workplace from later versions
of Ubuntu needed for my work.

In principal I will just import packages from natty and make them build on
lucid when dependencies are feasible without lots of hacking.

Following are part of the repository as build-dependencies:
 - naturaldocs (augeas)
 - redstone-xmlrpc (cobbler)
