Processes can now be sorted (it's a little odd); fixed expanding the window.

- Name field will get larger.

Processes are now added if they are part of an application during runtime.

First commit.

- CMake tools are latest Freya versions.
- Translations were automatically created, but contain nothing.
- Currently, process trees are placed underneath applications
- Process/Applications are updated when applications are opened/closed and periodically.
- Process are removed from process trees.
- Process are not added to process tress.
- Process usages are not added for applications together in any sense, let along accurately.
- Processes not under an application are not displayed.
- The UI buttons (info, kill) do not function.
- The UI search does not function, but does focus on typing.
