      libglade2-dev, libgconf2-dev, iproute.
    - add new package network-manager-dbg for debug symbols.
    - allow for a snapshot of ppp 2.4.5 for Lucid.
    - bump Standards-Version to 3.9.2.

    - network-manager: Depends adds udev and isc-dhcp-client (>= 4.1.1-P1-4)

  * debian/rules: disable tests on Lucid; they find extra symbols that should
    really be ignored since they have nothing to do with NM. Unfortunately,
    this makes the build fail so we'll just omit tests for now (it works).
