OpenSlide
PPA description
OpenSlide is a C library that provides a simple interface to read whole-slide
images (also known as virtual slides) used in medical imaging. This PPA
provides the most recent releases of OpenSlide and OpenSlide Python for current
Ubuntu.
## Installation instructions
apt install software-
add-apt-repository ppa:openslide/
# for OpenSlide:
apt install openslide-tools
# for OpenSlide Python:
apt install python3-openslide
Adding this PPA to your system
You can update your system with unsupported packages from this untrusted PPA by adding ppa:openslide/openslide to your system's Software Sources. (Read about installing)
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:openslide/openslide
sudo apt update
